ONBOARDING

Let’s get to know each other. We will establish scope of services, determine project goals, measure and photograph all relevant spaces, establish base timeline and develop a preliminary budget.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

We will continue to work together to establish client aesthetic and project design direction. We will do initial space planning with space planning software (CAD) and fine-tune budget based on space planning needs.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

This is when the heart of the design work happens. CMID will specify finishes and furnishings, finalize floor plans and present the proposed designs for approval.

EXECUTION

CMID will purchase all approved items and arrange for delivery and installation in the home. Finally, we will add the finishing touches to make the home truly yours.
